• To provide and operate the platform and connect you with hypnotherapists
• To process payments securely via Midtrans
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and service updates by email
• To improve platform features and user experience
• To comply with legal obligations under Indonesian law

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Hypnotherapists, your name, contact details, and session preferences necessary to provide the service
• Payment processors. Midtrans for secure payment handling
• Cloud infrastructure. Supabase (database), Railway (backend), Cloudflare Pages (hosting)
• Email service. Resend, for transactional emails only

We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us at [email protected].

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.

6. Cookies

We use minimal browser storage (localStorage) to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies for security and performance purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

Rumahati is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
