Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rumahati platform, operated by Rumahati ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rumahati. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

Rumahati is a marketplace platform that connects clients with certified hypnotherapists. We facilitate bookings, payments, and session management, but we are not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical diagnoses or treatment.

Hypnotherapy offered through our platform is intended for wellness and personal development purposes. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment
• Payments are processed securely through Midtrans
• Session fees are set by individual hypnotherapists and clearly displayed before booking
• Rumahati charges a platform fee as a percentage of each transaction

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee at the hypnotherapist's discretion
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days
• No-shows (client does not attend without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund

6. Hypnotherapist Standards

All hypnotherapists on our platform are verified for credentials before being listed. However, we do not guarantee the outcomes of any hypnotherapy session. Individual results may vary.

Hypnotherapists agree to:

• Maintain valid certification and continuing professional development
• Adhere to professional ethical standards
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Provide sessions as booked, or provide adequate notice of cancellation

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or credentials
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to bypass payment processes or defraud the platform
• Share account access with others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including designs, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Rumahati. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rumahati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
